The sports curriculum at Laurels aims to provide a comprehensive program for development through physical activities by emphasizing the relationship between physical, intellectual and emotional well being of students. It involves outdoor games like Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Lawn Tennis, Cricket, Karate and Athletics and indoor games like Chess, Carom, Table tennis, Yoga and Aerobics.

The objective is to train as well as provide students with an understanding of the rules and strategies of each game, and to render opportunities to participate in Inter and Intra school activities.
